I’m very excited about my new papercutting classes at the newly opened and really rather lovely Super+Super in Brighton. Over 3 weeks, learn how to create colourful, detailed papercuts, maybe even some basic pop-ups and paper weaving too.
There are two paper artists in the V&A Illustration Awards shortlist this year, Rob Ryan and Petra Borner. Papercutting is where it’s at! Come get some paper loving.

HAPPY WOMEN’S DAY!
I was so excited and flattered to be asked to be part of this incredible project. Thank you to the W Project for being such an inspiration. 70 female artists were asked to create a postcard with their Words Of Wisdom. I went for a pattern-tastic design encouraging women to make their work STAND OUT!
I’m in Buenos Aires right now drinking far too much red wine and thinking I can tango so destroyed I can’t go, but have a wicked time ladies. (I wrote this post before I left, I’m so freaking organised..)

These patterntastic critters are part of a collaboration between 1973 Ltd and a selection of artists who work with paper. We were asked to create something, anything, no rules, out of their Grafika range of wrapping paper. I came up with these fellas.
